•  Dispatch received from customer

•  Knichel Logistics matches origin drayman and equipment

•  Load dispatched - Knichel Logistics checks every order daily to ensure that loads are picked up and in-gated

•  Departure actively monitored

•  Transit progress monitored and compared to promised delivery date

•  Second pre-note sent to destination drayman with delivery appointment set by Knichel Logistics

•  The day before delivery, Knichel Logistics checks with drayman to   ensure they have all necessary information to meet delivery appointments

•  On the day of delivery all loads are checked to ensure their out-gate status

•  All deliveries are checked with customer or destination draymen to ensure appointment compliance

•  Empty containers checked for in-gate status to avoid any potential accessorial charges
