Willam Knichel, the founder of Knichel Logistics began working in the railroad transportation industry in 1974 and in 1986 he entered the third party IMC business. All of his years of experience has brought us to recognize the importance of providing our clients with a strong customer focused program.

Knichel Logistics is built on a foundation of communications because we know how important that is to you. We promise to always keep everyone from shippers to receivers up-to-date on the status of every shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Since simply making a commitment to strong communication is not enough, we take the extra step to prove it. Our constant goal is to ensure that the information we pass on to you is always current and accurate. In addition we will respond to your requests and concerns in a timely manner and do everything in our power to resolve any issues that may arise.

Our system is designed to help us help you. We always focus on maintaining the personal attention to detail that you can only get from a well-trained staff. Our operations staff is constantly retraining in multiple aspects of transportation. Our entire team works hard to have knowledge of our customer's product, transportation requirements and expectations. In addition to that, we have taken the time to develop our relationships with our carriers, so that every job is carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

The sales staff at Knichel Logistics has, on average, over twenty-five years experience in the transportation business. Our goal is to be the best IMC in the industry. But we don't stop there. We're constantly working to improve and advance everything we do.
